These are typical speeds as long as we’ve had Frontier DSL having tested many times over 15+ years, rarely exceeded and even then only by a hair or two.
Unpleasant to watch live events due to pixelation. Normal TV frequently hangs. Sharing photos, updating apps or OS is agonizing. Reminiscent of old-time dial-up. For the cost there is very little value.
