We were told that when the Rock Creek Ferry neighborhood began building homes, that internet would become available. It has been years and still no internet.
I wrote to Manchin’s office when he was doing a survey some time ago. I never received a response from them either.
Schooling during the pandemic was a mess. Internet is no longer a luxury but a necessity.
